TRIGGER WARNING - MENTIONS MENTAL HEALTH STRUGGLES, ALCOHOL ADDICTION AND SELF HARM BEHAVOUR.
Day One
Home to Limekiln Boathouse, Wearde.
I went to explorte the former WW2 Train station in Saltash, however the main road turned into a dirt-track and soon my blood sugars had dropped too, it was dropping dangerously low, I found some glucose tablets in my bag and I then pushed the bike up the road and headed home. - Hypo 1.
On the previous ride, Friday I had another hypo (3 hypos then).
Day Two
Home to The Royal Mail Parcel Post Box - Waitrose, the home via Wearde / Shillingham Vineyard.
Admittitdly I had for sure gone way too far, the hill ahead was tiring just looking at it, I did walk up it months before with Chris, but in the end I headed home and was glad when I finally got home.
Day Three
Home to Costa Coffee, down-to Saltash Waterside, Upto Bolla Coffee and on-to Oaklands Community Centre, before heading home.
I had forgotten id sent a message to a mate on Facebook, good job i looked again before falling asleep, and met him up at Costa, I then left when he left and went to Saltash Waterside for a can of coke, - full fat too as my bloods were so low, I then attempted the climb up-to Saltash Town, but the hill was way too steep, I walked the bike and then tried again, this time I felt low sugar and colided with a wall. My phone was riniging so I popped into Bolla Coffee for a sugary coffee. I then headed towards home and maybe am a gluten for punishment but I then went onto Oaklands Community Centre to see the ladies for another coffee, (they are a good group of people). Its just management of the centre.
