What a mean thing to do, not just us resellers but everyone who loves to grab an eBay bargain, the ban ow on all equipment that transmits and receives radio signals are now a thing of the past, and whilst I agree to it being ideal for radio tpe equipment that are illegal in the UK, putting a ban on such random eBay listings can only be thanks to AI or in this case Not Artificial capable inteligence. I did read on one sellers blog (I will leave the link here) they have been left affected very negatively as its all they are known for, CB Radios and the like.
I did inform eBay by telling them that Wouxun radios are Chinese imported radios like many others and as a radio amateur a lot are modified by autohorised sellers to work legally on the ham bands, however their response - but was in Australia where the laws are different, - thats Australia I dont post outside of the UK, why do I need to comply with the laws of Australia?.
Anyways, I have enough tech knowledge to sell elsewhere, ie here and my other websites etc.
A sign of more things, good things to come to an end I guess?
Has eBays AI affected you? or do you know someone who has also been affected by similar? Id love to hear your replies and ideas moving forward.
